Our Development Roadmap
From early-stage government-supported research to planned pilot deployments and future commercial scale-up, our roadmap reflects our journey to advance direct borohydride fuel cell technology toward real-world application.
From Grant to Global Scale
Government Grant
Obtained CHI grant from NUS to research and develop DBFC lab-scale model. Achieved the objectives as set out in the research grant application.
Funding Support for Pilot Deployment & Engineering Validation
To work with strategic partner to conduct pilot deployment and engineering validation of our DBFC power system.
Series A
To raise Series A funding to turn the validated prototype into a scalable, revenue-generating product with repeatable deployments, with strategic partner to integrate DBFC byproduct stream with their fuel regeneration and supply solution.
Series B & Beyond
To scale up manufacturing and expand sales into regional markets.
Fuel Regeneration & Supply Integration
Our final roadmap goal is to build a fully circular energy ecosystem where spent fuel is continuously regenerated.
Circular Energy Ecosystem
The DBFC power system generates electricity while producing sodium metaborate and water as byproducts. Through advanced regeneration technology, spent fuel is converted back to sodium borohydride, enabling a closed-loop fuel cycle that minimizes waste and maximizes sustainability.
